but I know that they do in my imagination
for I am still a child at heart."

Delightful! When I was a kid, I adored all the fairy books illustrated by Arthur Rackham.

Inspired by the illos in medieval manuscripts?

Debra: I rely on the faeries to keep the deer and gophers out of my garden. My dog helps them.

Grace: Thank you!

Karin: There's a sculptor whose work I admire - Richard MacDonald. Some of his pieces are inspiring me, right now.

Imagination is what keeps you young at heart. It's a sign of hope. Cheers!!

I adore your paintings Carolynn :-)
I also suspect that, having read about your chicken fortress discussions, The Frenchman and Himself would get on very well!!!
